Q1.  How quickly can I have my new car?

A. We generally aim to have the car ready within three working days from order to collection, but we can be flexible if you need your new car urgently

Q2.  How often do you update your website?

A. Four times daily for all stock and even more often for special offers, latest cars and other important news

Q3.  Can we part exchange our car?

A. Part exchanges are very welcome, and it only takes a quick check to give an accurate valuation once we have seen your vehicle. Alternatively, you could use our online calculation system.

Q4.  Are your cars supplied with a warranty?

A. Generally, most of our stock is still covered under the relevant manufacturer warranty. However, for extra peace of mind we can supply a choice of extended warranty schemes to suit your requirements.

Q5.  Can I have a test drive before buying?

A. Certainly, our team of test drive assistants are on hand to help. Please contact us if you’ve seen a car you’d like to take to the road.

Q6.  Are there any hidden charges?

A. No hidden charges at Direct Cars, you pay for your car and your required road tax. Servicing, re-valeting and administration are all included in the price.

Q7.  Will my new car have an MOT?

A. Vehicles require an MOT when they reach three years old, all cars of three years and older automatically get an MOT before collection.

Q8.  Will my new car have a service, and is it included in the price?

A. All vehicles are fully inspected by trained technicians before delivery and in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations. Service items are checked and replaced as required. This service is included free of charge.

Q9.  What will I expect to be charged for finance?

A. Finance rates do vary depending on the amount borrowed and over what period, if you require an idea for your budget calculations just click on to our Finance Calculator.

Q10.  Is my manufacturer warranty invalidated if my car is not serviced by the dealer network?

A. No, due to changes in European law, the outstanding warranty will not be affected by your car being serviced by an independent dealer.
