On completing your order you can arrange a suitable time to collect your new car. Normally, collections take place Mon-Fri between 8:30am and 6:00pm.

Vehicle Delivery Charges

If you require the vehicle delivering to your choice of destination, this can also be arranged. We deliver either by transporter or insured driver, and the additional cost will be calculated at the order stage. Once a collection time has been arranged, your vehicle can be processed by our service department and then onto our valet department for its final preparation.

Road Fund Licence

While we prepare your car, we will arrange the taxation on your behalf, so please be sure to let us have your new insurance documents (originals only) in plenty of time, or alternatively take advantage of the Driveaway scheme, as this saves time and ensures early receipt of your cover note.

Vehicle Payment Policy

Unless you have previously arranged a finance agreement with Barclays Partner Finance or intend to pay by debit card, we will require pre-payment of any outstanding balance before delivery takes place. If you have pre-paid by cheque please allow sufficient time for the payment to clear; your sales advisor will be pleased to offer further assistance, giving advice on payment methods where necessary.

Please be aware that we can accept credit card payments for vehicles, subject to a 2% surcharge.

In no circumstances do we accept cash payments.
