Contract Formation
Direct Cars Ltd intends that all of the terms of contract are contained within the Vehicle Order document. This document details the various sections of the vehicle purchase, including details of the vehicle itself, the part exchange should there be one and the terms by which payment can be made.

Product Availability
Direct Cars uses all reasonable endeavours to ensure that the cars shown on this website are available but cannot guarantee that any of the products displayed on the site are still available.
Direct Cars has made every effort to present the true likeness of the vehicle specifications on this site. However, variants to this may occur due to the continuously changing nature of our sales, and we reserve the right to amend of remove vehicle specifications or entire descriptions without notice.
Product prices should be correct at the time the information is entered. Occasionally errors may arise where prices are incorrectly displayed or changed as a result of circumstances beyond Direct Cars control. Ownership
Until which time all monies owing under a Vehicle Order contract have been paid in full (subject to clearance where appropriate) title to the goods shall remain with Direct Cars.

Product Warranties
Direct Cars does not provide any warranties in relation to the goods sold on this website over and above its statutory requirement to provide goods that are fit for purpose and of a satisfactory quality under the current Sale of Goods legislation. Direct Cars will take all steps necessary to pass to you the benefit of any transferable warranty originally given by the Manufacturer of the vehicle.
