Everything was spot on!! No pressure into buying or doing anything on site, and sales representative (Shaun Palmer) dealt with all queries and issues clearly, easily and in a friendly manner. This was the second car a member of our family has bought from Direct Cars and it won't be the last. My parents are looking for a new car in the coming months and have already been looking at cars available from Direct Cars, as the no hassle and big range of cars makes them want to go back and get their next car from them.
Absolutely nothing! Everything was perfect, amazing friendly staff, no hassle or pressure into doing anything at all. Helpful polite all the time, huge range of choice. No dislikes at all.

The site is fantastic. So many cars to choose from and the short time we were there we felt so welcome. The staff were great and could not had done anymore to help.

Everything happened as promised. Ian Whiting was great to deal with from start to finish and made the process easy and enjoyable. Good attention to detail, nothing overlooked. Lovely to collect a car so well valeted.
Nothing. Couldn't honestly mark less than 10s above, which would never have applied to cars I have ever bought elsewhere, because I'm quite critical normally.

Would have been nice to have 10 S Max's to choose from :) On a serious note, although the car wasn't ready for collection on the agreed date, to be honest this was not an issue. I was refunded extra costs ie. Car insurance and that was good enough.

Left with the vehicle to examine at our own leisure without any pressure from the salesman. We were left with the car under complete trust, and on examining the car were quite satisfied and did not request a test drive. Completely satisfied with the car as this had only done 2,400 miles, drives and handles like a new car.
Too much tyre wall paint which I had to wipe off as much as I could with a rag. This gets all over the wheel trims when washing the car, not necessary as this is only used to enhance the look of the wheels.

Good range of cars - able to compare cars I was interested in. Friendly staff. Test drive could have done being a bit further - but accompanying person very pleasant.
Although the Aviva link up is useful they did not e-mail the cover note they said they would. I had to spend a considerable amount of time on the phone sorting this out.

No pressure. Realistic part exchange resulting in satisfactory equity on the deal. Vehicle very well prepared. This is the second time we have bought card from Direct Cars, 3 cars in total. This time we enjoyed the experience much more than the first time. We feel that customer service has improved noticeably since 2004. We would be happy to recommend Direct Cars to friends.
The fact that 0% finance was not accurately described (only over 1 year and only for £5,000)

Like that nothing is too much trouble for you. Had a couple of problems with the car (nothing your fault) but they were dealt with quickly and satisfactorily. Like how a complimentary car was given straight away.

No pressure from Tony Whelan to buy the car, and I actually messed him about a little bit, but at the end of the day we got there.
The delay in the car being ready for collection and the valeting of the car inside left a lot to be desired.

Fantastic sales person, offered advice throughout and was easy to talk to. Patient and pleasant with us and our 3 year old child. A big thank you to him, made us feel that next time we will return to buy another car.

You are able to view cars without the pressure of a sales person looking over you.
Would have liked a longer test drive, I think when your spending big sums of money a longer test drive is required.

Plenty of cars to choose from, and no pressure selling. Give you a set of keys and leave you to look around the car - that is a great way of selling in my book

No hassle or pressure, but sales staff readily available and willing to be of help. We looked at approx 8 cars, and the sales staff were always on hand and helpful when needed. We never felt pressurised.
The car had shock absorber failure on day 1. Overall I would recommend Direct Cars. The shock absorber failure was dealt with promptly.

The overall experience was positive. We have now bought 3 cars in 3 years from you and will likely do so again.
Test drive was poor. The car had little fuel in it, so the engine management shut down the power, so it was impossible to appreciate the performance.

I like the way everything was managed, the politeness of all the staff I was in contact with, especially sales executive Robert Ryalls. At no time was I pushed into anything. I was given time to inspect the car and decide on the purchase. I have over many years, purchased many cars, but the service by all the staff was second to none.
