Staff were helpful and there when you needed them but gave you plenty of time to yourselves to wander round viewing the cars
I have used Direct Cars on a number of occasions for myself and with family members. The sales staff are helpful without being intrusive or aggressive in their manner. You have to approach them.
The online website and expansive display area make choosing a suitable vehicle an enjoyable and easy proposition.
I would consider using them for any future purchase.
Choosing the car getting the finance sorted out this was very easy and not complicated. The problem I have is the car has faults which it seems are not a priority to anyone but myself. On the way to work warning lights starting coming on and this is the first day I have driven the car. Still waiting to have it repaired.

Traveled some 80 miles to have a look at a Skoda Yeti. The car was good, the salesman Andy was spot on, no pressure selling tactics, infact no pressure at all. Went back the following week and purchased the car.

After two weeks we have not yet received the registration document and the reverse parking assistance advertised as being on the car does not work.
We're sorry you're unhappy with the service you received.
The V5 (registration document) can take up to 6 weeks to arrive from the DVLA. Rest assured, we have sent off the paperwork and it should be with you shortly.
As for the parking sensors - these should work. If they are not working, please contact our service department who will be able to book the car in for inspection and repair.
No pressure to buy, allowed to look around at your own leisure.

The staff were helpful, efficient and not at all pushy. My only gripe is that I arrived home to find no car mats not even carpet ones. Thought all cars came with some basic mats. Really disappointed with that.
Generally the service was good and the salesperson was friendly and helpful, although there was a delay in replying to emails and there was no knowledge about the vehicle we were there to purchase as it was their first experience of a wheelchair accessible vehicle.

Id viewed Kermit online a few times, I finished work early, drove to the showroom, had a good look round the car and caught the eye of sales advisor Tom Breeze .i wasn’t hassled at all but had to find someone, I told him I was interested in buying Kermit, it all went very smoothly, there was no hard sell for finance or other products. In fact all the staff have been friendly. I’d never go anywhere else to buy a car.

We felt very let down by the fact that our car was not valeted for us. As an example on what we found lacking, was where there was mud found on the interior side of the front passenger door when the car was delivered to us, which we ended up wiping off ourselves with cold water and a cloth. We have ended up going to Halfords for the necessary cleaning agents to do the job ourselves. It is not every day that you lay out over £10,000 for something and so the moment should have felt special and not spoilt by a task that was so simply to do. This is the third car we have purchased from Direct Cars and they were our first choice, but they won't be now. The trust that was there has disappeared.

When you returned home after taking delivery of your vehicle, you phoned your sales advisor and informed them that you were not happy with the valeting. We offered to do this again free of charge, however you declined and said you did not want to bring the vehicle back as you live on the other side of Sheffield. If you had informed us before you drove away we would have sorted this immediately for you.
