Reserving a Car

Due to the latest COVID-19 lockdown - we have updated our reservation terms to allow you to hold the vehicle for longer.

Once you have found your ideal car, make sure you don't miss out by reserving it online now!

The process is very simple and hassle-free. All you need to do is follow these 3 easy steps:

  1. Place a deposit of £99, securely online with your credit card. This will reserve the vehicle for you:
    • throughout our temporary closure due to the COVID-19 lockdown, and
    • for up to 7 days after we reopen
  2. Once we reopen we will contact you as soon as possible to visit us, take the car for a test drive and ensure it meets your expectations. If you are unable to visit within 7 days we will work with you to attempt to extend your reservation for longer.
  3. Should you wish to purchase the car, payment can then be arranged with a minimum of fuss.


Should you decide not to purchase the car your deposit will be refunded in full.

Once the deposit is received, your car will still remain visible on the website, but will clearly state this vehicle is reserved for a customer and no-one else will be able to reserve the car or book a test drive, etc.

Should you leave a deposit for a vehicle and we cannot contact you to arrange a viewing and test drive; we will place the car back on general sale and refund your deposit within 7 days.

If you are unable to visit within the 7 days, we will work on an individual basis to extend the reservation period - however this is at our discretion.
