The process is very simple and hassle-free. All you need to do is follow these 3 easy steps:
Place a deposit of £99,
securely
online with your credit card. This enables you to reserve your chosen car for a period of up to
48 hours.
One of our Sales Advisors will be in touch to guide you though the next steps, including
Click & Collect if you have selected
that option.
Should you then decide to purchase the car, just inform your Sales Advisor and they will
sort the rest.

Should you decide not to purchase the car your deposit will be refunded in full.
Once the deposit is received, your car will still remain visible on the website, but will clearly state this
vehicle is reserved for a customer and no-one else will be able to reserve the car or book a test
drive, etc.
If you are unable to visit within the 48 hours, we will work on an
individual basis to extend the reservation period - however this is at our discretion.
Should you leave a deposit for a vehicle and fail to contact us to arrange a viewing and test drive; we
will place the car back on general sale and refund your deposit within 7 days.
FAQs
That's fine, but please make sure you have test driven the car, leaving yourself enough time to think
about it before the 48 hour period is over. Should you need more time to decide, simply talk to your
sales advisor - we are all human!
We endeavour to refund deposits as soon as is possible, but please be aware that depending on your bank
and card issuer it may take some time for the deposit to appear in your account. If you require further
details we advise contacting your bank directly.
Please contact us to reach a mutually beneficial agreement. We all have work commitments,
etc and this is something which can be discussed.
